3. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that the following circumstances generally do not qualify for a refund:
- Time Spent on Support: Refunds will not be issued solely based on the amount of time spent providing support.
- Issue Ultimately Unresolvable: If the printer issue is due to hardware failure, incompatibility, or other factors beyond our control.
- User Error or Lack of Cooperation: If the inability to resolve the issue is due to your failure to follow instructions or provide necessary information.
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not typically provided simply because you have changed your mind.
- Minor Inconveniences: Minor inconveniences or partial resolutions may not be grounds for a full refund.
- Services Already Performed: Once a significant portion of the agreed-upon support has been provided, a full refund may not be applicable.
